He has produced a videotape series, published articles in dozens of legal publications, and served as a guest speaker at trial lawyer forums on topics including expert witness selection and courtroom communication. Steven E. Lerner, Ph.D. Chief Operating Officer A nationally recognized clinical researcher, Dr. Lerner has consulted or testified in several hundred civil and criminal cases. He has qualified as an expert in municipal, superior and federal courts. Dr. Lerner has taught at the university level, published extensively and has appeared on a number of national television programs including "60 MINUTES." Staff All cases are assigned experts by Dr. Lerner or Mr. Stone. Assisting our executives is a staff of legal nurse consultants. They have years of hospital experience in addition to their tenure at medQuest, Ltd., enabling them to serve as informed liaisons between attorney and expert. To assist scheduling between attorney and expert for deposition and/or court appearances we have a full-time scheduling coordinator with many years of experience.
